[Dtb-talk] Last Olearia GUI test

The latest version and last GUI only test of Olearia is now at the  
Olearia project page: http://www.cucat.org/projects/olearia/index.php

This version fixes the collapsing control interface and make some  
other minor changes. It will run only in MacOSX 10.5

This will likely be the last GUI only test until we have it reading  
books.
