Cheryl:

Are you using the latest version of the software? If not, you'll have to
go to the Humanware site and download it and install before you can use
the RFB&D key. You must also put the .KXO file in the root of your E:
drive until it says that the key has been processed.

The PIN is the usual one you must enter when you load and play a RFB&D
book. Remember that before you do this, you should erase the .KXO file
from the E: drive.

Mike

You put the file on the card not in any folder the stream should not
be
turned on. connect to stream to a electrical outlet with the card in
the
stream and power on. if everything works ok the stream should
recognize the
    file and process the file.

To check press the info key and listen for anything that has been
added to
the list of information. This item may be close to your serial
number.

remember to take the file off the after you are shore it has been
added to
the stream otherwise the stream will keep loading the file.
