The UAK installation wants you to enter your RFB&D PIN -- The same one
you use to access a CD RFB&D book on a DAISY CD player.

I didn't get anything unless it is on the CD is that what I am suppose

  When you got you UAK from RFB&d you were given a code that must be
entered
  into the file in order to validate it.  Without this code the key is
  worthless.
