[Dtb-talk] NEED HELP

hi all I got my UAK from RFBD I downloaded the zipped file to my C: drive and then I unzipped it to the E: but not to any of the files that were listed just to the E: drive did everything. when I disconnected and then turned the stream on it says users key not processed, what know and what pin number what is that all about.
