Lloyd mentioned offlist that they've got a copy of the Jerusalem Bible
with study notes navigable by chapters.  They're unlikely to pay to have
more nav points added, and if they distribute it, the thing will be PDTB2
encrypted, so adding more nav points couldn't be done.  I've got some
interest in that, but not nearly as much as I'd have if the notes were
optional and verse-level navigation.

I mention it because you expressed interest in additional notes.
