Greg,

Just the changed bit for putting together a single volume book for the
flash-based players is all.  If the content names don't overlap (and
there's no reason why they'd need to), it should be just a matter of
throwing all of the content into a single directory and using a different
ncc.html file.

Unless I am seriously misunderstanding something about the format?
