And the other thing would be to take a program such as goldwave or your
favorite sound editor and make one big mp3 file with each part pasted in in
the correct order.

I took a look at audiobookstand.com and they seem to be selling books
on standard audio CDs. meaning that each book is several CD long with
several tracks per CD. You would need to convert these tracks to MP3
and then name each one in playable order and then copy them to the
stream.
There is an option for MP3 on the site. It is not clear if it is a
single file or serveral. If a single file you are set to go if it is
several then you need to make sure they are loading into the stream
with clear filenames as to what it is and which part it is.
