If you are using a Mac you can just copy the CD from the Finder
(Command-C), use VoiceOver to navigate to the CD on the desktop, then
navigate into the $VRDTB directory of the stream and paste (command-
V). My iStream application, which is free, will also do this for you
on a Mac. http://w3.wmcnet.org/dtbmaker/istream/
