There are quite a few packages which are free and which will allow
the quick and easy mounting of ISO images in Windows. The one I use and like
is at

Windows does not allow direct mounting of ISO images unless you install one
of several software for that specific purpose. Most such software costs a
certain amount of money.

On Macs and PC you can mount ISO images as drives and then copy the
files to the Stream or other locations/players.
