Okay, there's some misconceptions going on.
    The Bookport 2 plans to offer NLS digital book  playback.  It will play 
RFB&D books, MP3s, text and MS Word documents,  HTML (which means all of 
Project Gutengberg) and Audible.com books, as well as  BookShare books.
    Admittedly, it ain't cheap, but that's pretty much all  of it in one 
package.
