To clarify - you will be able to download magazines from the NLS website  
just as the pilot group is doing now.  The problem is, how to send them out  on 
the embedded chip cassettes for those who don't use computers.  If you  can use 
email, you'll be able to download magazines.  And they are very  navigable 
story by story, heading by heading, subheading by subheading.
