[Dtb-talk] Free DTB creation tools

It works fine with VoiceOver on a Macintosh the only platform for
which a GUI exists for it. On a PC and Linux it runs as a command line
program. I develop on a Mac so it is the only platform I have for
building GUIs all my programs are VoiceOver compatible. There is also
a online version at the web site http://w3.wmcnet.org/dtbmaker/ that
should work fine with screen readers as it is just a webpage.
