[Dtb-talk] magazine delivery

I would rather receive an automated notification of the magazine's
availability as this would keep inboxes from becoming overfilled.  Some
would have difficulty receiving  a file which is more than 10 meg or so
without special operator intervention.  Automated delivery might create
too many errors for the sending servers to deal with and create more
work for human intervention than budgets would allow.  

 

Perhaps in time a fully automated delivery system will evolve, but let's
get to square one before we try to jump to square 5.
