[Dtb-talk] Free DTB creation tools

Hi, Brett,

IRTI has eClipse Writer which is their DTB production software tool. 
It's not free but is very versatile. It, too, will produce books from 
text to speech using ASCII, Word and other files, can index in Daisy 
existing audio files, incorporate graphics, and more. I get the 
impression that the text-to-speech capabilities of eClipse Writer are 
more advanced than DTB Maker in how tables and other complex 
formatting are reproduced in audio but I have no experience with this 
to be certain.
