Would tend to agree. Besides the mailing list like this one .its good to be also on the major diabetes newsletters as well.so your informed of any developments, recalls and etc with diabetes apps, supplies or tech developments.

Lisa, the product has not gone down hill since upgrading and Libre acknowledged a problem with certain batches of censors. I do think you probably never saw the emails from Abbott discussing the issue. Perhaps if you were on their mailing list in future if a problem arose you would be better informed and better able to get issues resolved.

good afternoon, Lisa, I did have this issue about six months ago, but I replaced the sensor, and I’ve not had that issue since around December. I would definitely check with Abbott, and see if you can get a replacement sensor. Thanks.
