Hey Colorado Talk!

Just a friendly reminder that THIS SATURDAY, May 2nd, the Wild West Chapter
is taking over the Lakewood Grill, 8100 W Colfax Ave in Lakewood, from 2 to
6 p.m. - or until we've thoroughly overstayed our welcome in the most
delightful way possible.

Now, we know some of you need a little more convincing than, "Just show up
and have fun." Fine. Let's talk food.

The Lakewood Grill has been feeding Coloradans since 1950, and they know
what they're doing. We're talking chile rellenos - two Anaheim green chilies
stuffed with cheese, fried until golden, smothered in green chili and melted
cheese, and served with refried beans and Spanish rice. On Cinco de Mayo. At
a place that's been doing this longer than most of us have been alive. You
really going to sit at home and eat a sandwich instead?

They've also got a steak wrap with marinated beef, grilled peppers and
onions, cheddar, and a habanero drizzle that is not playing around.

Whether your poison is a cold margarita, a plate of chile rellenos, or an
ungodly combination of the two - there is absolutely a seat at this table
with your name on it. Great company, pool, arcade games, and enough local
playoff drama to keep things interesting. And of course, the Kentucky Derby
is Saturday, and we are the Wild West.

Here's the deal:

When: Saturday, May 2nd, 2-6 p.m. (or until eventual eviction)

Where: Lakewood Grill, 8100 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood, CO

What to bring: Yourself. That's the whole list.

Whether you're a Wild West regular or this is your first rodeo, you belong
here. Come hungry, come ready to laugh, and come prepared to have a
genuinely legendary Saturday afternoon.

See you there!

Cheers,

TK, WW VP
