Good evening Colorado!

Sports and Rec is so excited to welcome CrossFit Common Fortitude to our Zoom meeting tomorrow at 7 PM to discuss their inclusive philosophy of CrossFit and discuss the sport and how you can get involved. We are working on creating an event with this amazing gym so anyone who is curious can get a feel for how they can benefit from this high intensity activity! But don't worry, you won't have to break a sweat tomorrow night!

As always, we want to create events and work on activities that our community wants, so if you would like us to work on anything from card game nights to goalball practices, please reach out and join us - we would love to see you there!
