The second in our Mountain Time at 5 Know Your Rights Series will focus on
the rights of blind travelers with canines or canes. We will talk about
white cane laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, the most recent airline
regulations with regard to guide dogs on airplanes, and much more. As
always, Mountain Time at 5 panel will be this nation's experts in this area.
Scott LaBarre, attorney and President, NFBCO. Experts from our National
Association of Guide Dog Users, TBA. And, from leading guide dog schools.
