Take note that stereo is only available for Zoom desktop clients. Note that
"Recordings and the Zoom Mobile App don't support stereo audio (audio will
be mono)."

Subject: [Colorado-Talk] NFBCO Convention: Enabling Zoom Stereo Audio and
closed captions

Hi All,

One of the important items Scott mentioned in the Mountain Time at 5 call is
to have our Zoom set in stereo audio if possible.

Here is the instructions for how to enable stereo audio:

Enabling stereo audio

For your account

Overview

Stereo audio allows you to send audio in stereo during your meetings and
webinars, if your microphone can process audio in stereo.

Note: Only meetings and webinars on the Zoom Desktop Client support stereo
audio. Recordings and the Zoom Mobile App don't support stereo audio (audio
will be mono).

Turning on stereo audio in the Zoom Desktop Client

1.	In the Zoom client, click your profile picture, then click Settings.

2.	Click the Audio tab.

3.	Click Advanced.
4.	Check the Enable Stereo audio option. Stereo audio will now be
enabled for meetings and webinars you join from a computer.

To enable closed captions:

Viewing closed captioning

If closed captioning is available during a meeting or webinar, you can view
closed captions as a participant. You can also
<https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115002522006> view closed
captioning in a Zoom Room.

Desktop client

1.	Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
2.	Join a meeting or webinar.
3.	When closed captioning begins, you will see a notification above
Closed Caption in the meeting controls.

4.	Click Closed Caption to start viewing closed captioning.
Tip: Click and drag the closed captioning to move its position in the
meeting window.

(Optional) To adjust the caption size:

1.	Click the upward arrow next to Start Video / Stop Video.
2.	Click Video Settings then Accessibility.
3.	Move the slider to adjust the caption size.

Mobile app

1.	Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
2.	Tap the Settings icon.

3.	Tap Meeting.
4.	Toggle Closed Captioning to on.
When you are in a meeting where closed captioning is available, they will
automatically appear on the bottom of the screen.
