You can also try using the Forms function "F" to find the Seek bar
(usually above the rest of the settings),; once you're in the seek
bar, hit the number 0 as there are time markers for the video.

If you're having problems finding this quickly, you can also try
turning off the virtual cursor as suggested previously, then hit the
"0" button on your keyboard as the time markers should be accessed
along with the various shortcut keys once the virtual HTML cursor is
off.

As a note, when you watch something on Youtube and have to leave the
video for some reason, the video will resume wherever you left off so
long as it's within a seemingly random amount of time. I have come
back to videos logged into the same account up to 3 days later and
encountered this, while other times within less than a week it had
totally forgotten.
