[Colorado-Talk] Losing a very special member/friend in our North Metro Chapter

Dear Federation Family:

 

We just received news of the passing of Ron Atchison. He was in the hospital
for the past two weeks. His wife, Marie is still recovering from her
illness. She and their three children are working together to plan a small
service for Ron.

 

Ron was a retired fire fighter who started losing his vision as he got
older.  Prior to joining the North Metro Chapter, Ron and Marie were
attending the Senior group meetings at the Colorado Center for the Blind.
They have been valuable chapter members and amazing friends for more than
six years. 

 

Ron was truly an all-around great guy. Ron will be dearly missed.

 

Please keep Marie and their children in your thoughts and prayers.
