[Colorado-Talk] Disney Plus Not Accessible to the Blind

I would add to Scott's definition the fact that Curtis cited the web
accessibility standards as follows:

Simply put, the forms used on the Disney Plus website are not adhering
to the accessibility guidelines promulgated by the Worldwide Web
Consortium—guidelines that are widely distributed and well known
throughout the industry (refer to WCAG 2.0 and 2.1).

For consistency of accessibility, we want web sites, including forms
to follow these guidelines. I don't think it's too much to ask of
Apple. Lots of really committed and smart people work hard on
determining these guidelines, including highly qualified blind tech
people and engineers. We all use work-arounds when we have to, but
clear, well-informed and courteous advocacy is what we do in the
National Federation of the Blind. If we don't inform owners of
non-compliant sites, they don't improve.

Thanks for informing Apple Curtis.

Dan
