[Colorado-Talk] E-scooters: The ADA's worst nightmare

What the hell is wrong with scooter people?! Are they just giant toddlers who leave trails of discarded items behind them wherever they go?! Are they just self-centered jerks who don't care about anybody else or simply clueless losers who are unaware of anybody else?! I vote for the Gotcha system – make them pay, literally pay!
