Hello!

A new Girl Scout Troop has arrived in Grand Junction, and we are very
excited about it!

This Troop’s focus is on older girls with special needs that might require
more accommodations to have the most positive Girl Scout experience.

The Girl Scouts as a whole are fully inclusional and welcoming of girls
with all abilities.

We have found that some girls may have a better experience when there is
more direct support, as well as accommodations to environmental
sensitivities and other needs.

We are planning a family meeting to answer questions and look at Troop
meeting dates and time that will work best for the girls and their
families.
