The Howard Fund through DVR is available. You can call DVR and ask for the
blind division. They should be able to give you information on  the
application process for requesting money to purchase the device you are
wanting.

support that can help me, I need to know soon.  I have been having issues
with my braille note touch and I can't seem to get it to work properly, so
