WE visit with Lisa Maria Martinez: preparing for the NF-Be Healthy Fair and Try-It Seminar, June 30th, as part of the NFB Convention that is being held in Orlando. She is simply the best!

She is a former Judo Champ and President of the National Federation of the Blind Sports and Recreation Division.

The blind sword fight! Mike Armstrong explains, he is with Southern Arizona Association for the Visually Impaired (SAAVI)! Mike is blind and a black belt in, well, pretty much everything. ON GUARD!!

WE talk running, yoga, the 6-Dot Dash, summer eating, and much more. The plank, the pelvis, hmmmmmm!

WE do not know how to adequately express the appreciation we have for our amazing community of friends and organizations: The Colorado Center for the Blind, National Federation of the Blind, United States Association of Blind Athletes, PUSH Beverages, Achilles International of the Pikes Peak, SEEDS Community Café, Blind Alive, Colorado Business Enterprise Program, and all of you.
