[Colorado-talk] Automated Stop Announcements

Yes, Danielle, there seem to be a few buses here and there that are
not announcing stops.  Scott is right, the driver should be doing it
in that case. and you should call RTD and let them know.

There are bound to be some bugs in a rollout of this size.  RTDd needs
our constructive criticisms as well as positive feedback.
