Gary,

I think that the percentage is too high.  I would go for 25% as we are
going to be a small chapter for quite  a while and Jim and Susie travel
quite a bit and will almost never be there.

In the scheme of things many of our paid membership do not show up --
Nehemiah, Jim, Susie, Lorinda, Diane, Kevin, even Antonio, Wayne.  So who
are we really counting in our regular attendance membership??
