ü     Colorado's Voting Options

The panel will examine the benefits and costs of vote by mail, early voting, and election day voting

ü     Voter Registration

The panel will consider proposed changes to Colorado's ID laws as proposed by the Election Reform Commission and examine the registration process in other states

ü     Statewide Best Practices for Elections

The Best Practices panel will examine the differences between counties, the role of the Secretary of State, and whether Colorado should strive for more uniformity in the elections process
