Greetings friends:

My wife, Anahit, and I are in the process of purchasing a home.  Consequently, we need to  rent out our townhouse.  It will be available for rent in early June.  It is a three bedroom, two and a half bath home located near Yale and Monaco.  It has a patio, a balcony, and garage parking for two cars with a whole bunch of storage.  The town home complex has a lovely courtyard outside our home and very nice clubhouse and swimming pool directly across the street.  Our house is located very close to the 27 and 65 bus lines, a few minute walk to Safeway and other shops, and very short bus rides to either the Yale or Southmore light rail stations.  I should also mention that  it is an end unit with over 1500 square feet of space.
