is exploring how to improve safety and mobility for everyone using Main
Street between Fourth Plain Boulevard and the northern city limits. The
project is evaluating how Main Street can better meet the needs of people
using transit, walking, biking, using a mobility device, and driving. This
project is coordinating with planned pavement work and C-TRAN's planned
Highway 99 VINE project.
