[CCCNFBW] reminder of chapter meeting and reminder to sign up for committees

Here is a copy of the committees Corey had listed in last months reminder
email.
committees include:
fundraising,
 membership,
chapter engagement,
 NFB philosophy, and
community engagement (this includes transportation, city related issues,
etc).
