[CCCNFBW] Websites of Businesses not Considered Public Spaces under ADA

This is an interesting read, note that this is from the 11th circuit. We are
the 9th circuit. However, it is very important for us to be aware of what's
going on.

 

I am hoping that the website accessibility efforts in DC will assist with
dealing with this issue.
