Patricia,

If we had to delay the event, I’d think the craft beer and wine event would allow it to be used for their next year’s event.

Thank you for all the donations you have obtained.

Bob

I also have been thinking about that as I have stopped trying to solicit donations. I think it would be great to reschedule for perhaps July if that will work with Cellar 55. that would however eliminate one of the silent auction items which is the admission for two to the craft beer and wine fest which is held early in June.

With the new State emergency announcement of no gatherings of more than 50 people. I think we should, either cancel or reschedule, the Uncork for Braille event.

Getting donations may not be an issue, but selling tickets will be and with a limit of 50, that includes members, will not make it worthwhile. I’ve already encountered several ‘no thanks’ from people I’ve sold to in the past.

In previous wine & cheese events. We would have been very disappointed if we had only 50 in attendance.

Bob
