[CCCNFBW] voting online in elections

Corey, I talked to Cathy at Clark county elections this afternoon and she
said that even though the ballot says that you need a date you don't. and
you sign the envelope you sign just to the left of the hole. You can
actually use the flap as a signature guide. So the signature needs to be
just below the flap.
