That is really sad news, for those of you who do not know, Patty was an
instrumental volunteer in making the wine and cheese event a success when we
first began. In fact, it was Patty's idea to do the basket raffles, she will
be greatly missed.

Some sad news. Patty Hefner passed away early this week.  She was undergoing
surgeries caused by her auto accident here in Vancouver 5 or 6 years ago.

She often asked about different individuals in our chapter.
