[CCCNFBW] Clark County juggles pressing needs, limited funds as it pursues ADA goals

This is an interesting article. I think that the ADA is being used
correctly here. It is right that accessibility is all-inclusive,
including non-handicapped people.
I am reading a fascinating book entitled "Disabling America". It
speaks to how the ADA harms society. One of its points is that the ADA
is not a true equal opportunity or equal access law because it
segregates.
But, in the case of Clark County, I am glad to see that the changes
will benefit everyone. What frustrates me is that ADA is a federal
mandate for making accessibility important but fails to provide
funding.
