I just figured out that I don’t know how to reply or create an event on Facebook but we should probably put it out on the Facebook link or whatever we have on Facebook for the chapter that beaches is a fundraiser any information so that people can know about it and add it to their calendar on whatever device you’re using and it probably wouldn’t hurt to put it out on both Facebook and Twitter I’m not sure what else could be done unless you want to make a flyer thanks have a great evening for everybody

>> CCC members,
>> It has been confirmed. Tuesday, Oct. 16th is the date for our cash back fund raiser at Beaches. It is for the entire time from opening to closing.
>> The fund raising committee will meet and discuss methods for advertising the event.
>> If anyone has ideas on how to promote and get the word out for anyone to attend is welcome to send their comments to our local (CCC) list serve.
>> If you talk to anyone about attending, remember to tell them they MUST mention to their server they are there for the blind, blind federation, NFB or something about the blind. If they don’t then we don’t get credit (which is ½ of their meal cost).
>> This is one of those ‘easy money’ events. This is an opportunity for us to raise a sizeable chunk of cash. It could be the same as 3 or 4 Ghee creeks, 5 or 6 candy bar sales.
>> The average amount spent by 2 people is forty five to fifty dollars.
>> If we can get 40 people to attend for us, we could get one housand dollars from the event. That only goes up if we get more people for us.
>> Will send out more information as we get it.
