Yes I got one and I may fill it of but I am not sure because we have to move again, and I don’t have any idea where we are moving I know we will stay in the area, but whether in will be in the c van area, I don’t know.

The C-TRAN Citizens Advisory Committee is seeking applicants to join the committee in 2018.

The CCAC acts as a liaison between the community and the C-TRAN Board of Directors. Its members represent a wide range of perspectives and experiences, and we're looking for applicants to fill multiple positions. Among the seats currently open for 2018: youth/student representative, school administration representative, business community representative, social services representative, fixed-route rider, visually impaired representative, environmental community representative and neighborhood association representative. The committee provides feedback directly to C-TRAN staff on a host of issues, and makes recommendations to the C-TRAN board.

New members would serve a two-year term from January 2018 through December 2019. The CCAC typically meets one evening per month for about two hours, and meetings are held at C-TRAN's administrative offices. CCAC members also receive a free bus pass/Hop card for as long as they serve on the committee.

The CCAC will be holding interviews during its October meeting. Applications are due Monday, October 16.
