Mathew:

I spoke to Corey and he told me about the Blind Onion tickets. They do not need to be put in the baskets. Do not take off any items from the list. More importantly, we need to know how much the items were that are being posted. We need to have a total for each basket. The manager from Regis is going to make a basket of product. This basket may not have to be used for the Wine and Cheese event. Bob, Kay and I have it under control. For the coffee basket, Bob did get some biscotti and Bob is a bat of gourmet coffee and I am giving a thermos for the basket. and a bag of gourmet coffee. Following up with the people you contact is important here. I will be doing so and calling the people at FYE and vintage Books. Bob also is working with the manager at Papa Murphy’s who he worked with last year, they are going to do something again. Bob will be following up with that. I spoke to Corey yesterday and I understand about the Blind Onion tickets. Candles are coming and wine has already been donated. When we get everything gathered up, the committee is going to go through everything we have and decide what is going in the baskets. Between Kay, myself, and Bob we will get everything all together. It is all coming together. You and corey need to let the committee work. We do take suggestions, Patty is also going to be helping a little bit. This week I am going up to Safeway to talk to the florist about flowers for the tables. I am thinking that what we do not use for the baskets, we can use the items for door prizes for drawings at the convention.

Thank you for sending out the lists, I have a few corrections to make according to my notes from our meetings. The blind onion coupons/gift certificates are not for the gift basket fundraiser for the wine and cheese event. Neither is the hair styling/haircut gift certificate from Regis. Those need to be taken off the list, the only certificates or gift cards that I have going into those baskets according to my notes are for coffee or for a massage. We need to work on getting those other items for the baskets, how completes are these baskets as of right now? Do they appear empty?
