Bob - here is the inventory for the NFB fundraisers.  I need to turn this
over to someone in your organization.  Please advise who I should give it
to.  I converted all of the raffle bucketed "mortarboard tops" to displays
and have donated display easels so they can be used for any scholarship
fundraiser NFB has.

 

NFB - CLARK COUNTY FUNDRAISER INVENTORY

 

.       COCKTAIL NAPKINS - APPROXIMATELY 250 (MULTI-COLORED MORTARBOARD
DESIGN)

.       BUCKETS - 14 TALL CLEAR BUCKETS FOR COLLECTING RAFFLE TICKETS IN
(LIDS HAVE BEEN CONVERTED TO DISPLAY ADVERTISING BECAUSE LIDS ARE REALLY NOT
NECESSARY)

.       RAFFLE TICKETS - APPROXIMATELY 60 YELLOW; 210 GREEN AND 144 RED

.       LARGE BAG OF NUMEROUS TYPES AND SIZES OF MORTARBOARD STICKERS AND
FIVE LARGE GOLD TASSELS TO USE FOR DECORATING

.       TWO UNOPENED ROLLS OF CLEAR WRAP FOR BASKETS

.       TWO ROLLS OF SKINNY RIBBON FOR TIEING THE CLEAR WRAP ON BASKETS

.       ONE CLEAR CONTAINER WITH LID (CUT-OUT FOR PUTTING MONEY IN) LABELED
FOR DONATIONS (THIS WAS BROUGHT BY KAY KIPP)

.         ONE MEDIUM SIZED WHITE BOX WITH LID WITH  SEPARATING TICKETS
INTOUGHTO

.         ONE LARGE WROUGHT IRON DISPLAY STAND (USED FOR PIZZA AND PIZZA
STAND DONATION)

.       SMALL BAG OF FAKE GOLD COINS (USED IN BUCKET DISPLAY CALLED "POT OF
GOLD" WITH $60 WORTH OF LOTTO SCRATCH OFF TICKETS)

.       TEN LARGE "MORTARBOARDS" (USED TO BE THE TOPS TO RAFFLE BUCKETS BUT
HAVE BEEN MODIFIED TO BE PLACED ON DISPLAY EASELS) - EACH HAS THE NFB LOGO
AND A "THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING THE NFB (SPELLED OUT) OF CLARK COUNTY
SCHOLARSHIP FUNDRAISER" WITH A LARGE GOLD TASSEL.  THESE CAN BE USED FOR ANY
SCHOLARSHIP FUNDRAISER - GOOD ADVERTISING

.       TWELVE SMALL WOODEN DISPLAY EASELS (DONATED)

.       SIX LARGE NICE RE-USEABLE BAGS WITH HANDLES FOR CARRYING BASKETS AND
OTHER STUFF FOR ANY FUNDRAISER (FROM HOME GOODS STORE)
