I wouldn't mind being there all four hours.

The two hour shifts could be an option for those who need it.

I say all four hours although you may have to assign two two-hour shifts to
accommodate those who cannot get off work for the four-to-six shift.

Hi,

In our paperwork for the fundraiser at Burgerville, there are a couple of
questions I need input from the chapter members.

What hours do we want to hole the fundraiser. The hours available ar 4 PM to
8 PM. We can do it for all 4 hours or a portion of that.

What are some suggestions?

The other information I need, is we are asked how many people will show up
to volunteer?

How many volunteers will be available that night, Oct. 22nd?

Bob
