[Cccnfbw] this may be inappropriate but comcast app help

The two Comcast apps I've looked at seem accessible but to use them, I'd
have to sign up for more services than I wish to pay for so haven't
bothered. In any event, the only thing I've heard of is the actual X1 box,
not the apps.

does anyone use any of the comcast apps especialy the X1 remote app, I can't
use it for the life of me or the voice search won't work. I know this isn't
really the place, but I am getting frustrated, and I am planning to review
their accessibility services, and I want to make sure I am not doing some
things wrong. I am interested in any accessibility experiences you are
having. I realize the voice guidance is in beta, and it's quirky, but I
thought the aps worked, I also look forward to meeting all of you next week.
