[Cccnfbw] this may be inappropriate but comcast app help

does anyone use any of the comcast apps especialy the X1 remote app, I 
can't use it for the life of me or the voice search won't work.  I know 
this isn't really the place, but I am getting frustrated, and I am 
planning to review their accessibility services, and I want to make sure 
I am not doing some things wrong.  I am interested in any accessibility 
experiences you are having.  I realize the voice guidance is in beta, 
and it's quirky, but I thought the aps worked,
I also look forward to meeting all of you next week.
