[Cccnfbw] Letter for donations for state convention

The Hilton does not provide free breakfast.

The hotel (most hotels) don't allow groups to bring in outside food.  Obviously if individuals want to bring in their own food they cannot stop that, but stocking the hospitality room with food is a no go.
