[Cccnfbw] Ghee Creek left over snacks

I don’t think we brought in much Sunday night.

All of the items were taken back to betty’s apartment. These include:

The chairs:

The sign:

The coffee pots two large pots and the small pot:

The extension cord:

Unspecified store bought cookies:

I think three unopened plastic containers of coffee:

Several roles of paper towels:

Napkins and napkin holder:

Coffee creamer:

Sugar:

Coco packets:

Tea bags:

Hand sanitizer:

Cups:

Probably other things I am overlooking.

And yes, the home made cookies. No, I did not eat them, though I did have more than my share of them. I was asked to take them up to the school for the kids to sell in the coffee stand. They were delivered at noon today.

Who ever has the supplies if they could do an inventory of what is left and get it to me I can figure out what we used.

I guess I would question if we want to do it again. It does not appear to be a money maker even if our expenses went down a little.

Connie,

Actuually it went well with cory and I. The weekend wasn’t as successful as I had hoped, but we will have plenty of supplies left over to attempt another event.

Cory and I was discussing the possibility of doing a 3-day weekend, Memorial Day or Labor Day. I’ll check this week and see what’s available.

Let’s discuss as to how we can tweek the operation and make it better.

A big thank you to all of you who assisted in making this event succeed. The cookie makers, stand attendees and the drivers.

Bob
