Doug,

Thanks for the help. Do you want to do a 2 or 3 hour shift?

If no one else volunteers to work with you, I’ll work it with you.

Bob

I really wish I could assist with this fundraiser, unfortunately, I have to be in Spokane at the other conference accepting another scholarship. Hope we all sell a lot.

Hi,

Our chapter will be having a fundraiser on Saturday and Sunday, Nov 9 & 10 at the Hazel Dell Fred Meyer’s.

The hours will be: 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday and

Noon to 4 PM on Sunday.

We will be selling the Worlds Finest Chocholate. We have 4 cases of the Meltaways and 4 cases of the mixed candy bars.

It is best if we can have two volunteers at the table.

Saturday can either be two 3 hours shifts or 3 2 hour shifts and Sunday can either be 2 two hour shifts or 1 4 hour shift.

This can be determined by the members who volunteer.

We will need a table (usually a card table is adequate), a couple of chairs and an NF B sign.

To start the day, we will need enough cash to make change for $20.

We need volunteer driver(s) to take out the table, chairs and boxes of candy in the mornings and for picking up the materials in the evening.

In case buses are not convenient, It might be helpful if a driver is available to assit member volunteers for getting back and forth.

Two 3-hour shifts on Saturday and possible 1 4-hour shift on Sunday would minimize the need for drivers.

I will admit a 3-hour shift isn’t too bad, 4-hours might be a drag. A lot depends on the weather.

Any suggestions you might have regarding the fund raiser are welcomed.

Please respond to this as to; if you can volunteer, how you can volunteer and the times you are available.

Bob
