The sooner we can let them know the sooner it can be placed on their
calendar. Might discourage another activity being scheduled at the same
time. 

Perhaps Doug can weigh in and give his opininon on what nights are best this
time of year at the school.

the only way to do that is put it out on the list and ask everyone what they
think. but I really think that it should be discussed at the meeting I know
it doesn't give us a lot of time but we would have a couple of weeks or do
they need an answer before our may meeting. Les F
