[Cccnfbw] Mentoring

What do you think about having a mentoring program in our chapter?  We've had new members join recently.  I'd hate to see them fall through the cracks because they have no information or motivation to stay.  If we want to keep our new members, I think it's important to reach out and give them a little support.
