Hey Mike I like it. I've been trying to go to radio but somehow there's
always something going on but hopefully that will change because I like to
go to radio club.

Hi, all.

It occurs to me that since there three of us in the chapter with amateur
radio licenses (Les, Don and myself), it might be fun and, perhaps,
beneficial for us to make our presence known unobtrusively in the ham radio
community around here to inject a modicum of NFB philosophy into the
thinking of the local hams re the disabled. I've started going to the Clark
County Amateur Radio Club meetings as regularly as my schedule allows and I
would urge Don and Les to do likewise. I've put my hat in the ring for a
CCARC office also. Let's put our thinking-caps on to project an image of the
blind as something more than musicians (and I'm not knocking them) to our
fellow hams.

Just a thought.
